I have a new found love of women's artistic gymnastics. Okay, it's not actually a new love, but i'm now watching more than just the olympics. It's amazing how i've ended up starting to hold my breath when I watch my favorite gymnasts on an apperatus. I think Vault is my favorite to watch (espicially McKayla Maroney), seeing these girls fly and flip through the air is amazing. Then I love the uneven bars, but unfourtunatly the American team is weakest in their bars (since Nastia Lieukin <3 has retired.) However, she has said she wants to come back for the olympics, but no onw has seen her compete yet this year...I also hope that Shawn Johnson (gold meadalist on bars) does well enough with her comback to make it back onto the olympic team. I think i'd be crushed if she didn't...I love watching her. Also have have you guys been aware of Chellsie Memmel's comeback, because she's incredable, same with Alicia Sacramone. Watching gymnasitcs is, well its inspiring and sometimes jaw dropping. It's turned out to be my greatest regret, not getting into gymnastics when I was little, because I am truly in love with this sport, and I wish I could be right along side Jordan Weiber and Ally Raisman. It will be a tough competition for these girls to make it to the olympics, and I cant wait to see who comes out on top.

Am I the only one in LOVE with SMASH on NBC? It's just so fun, and wonderful, with fantastic (but not overdone) music. Second Hand White Baby Grand is one of my new favorite songs. I have to admit Ellis is a really annoying character, but other than him the characters seem to be so thought out. They have such back stories for everyone, and all of the actors are so talented. Im sad that the season is ending but I can't wait to see if they turn bombshell into an actual broadway show.

Oh. My. God! The Castle season finale was, well I have no words. It was just too perfect. I mean yes - the four years of not having Castle and Beckett together was getting annoying, but they way they finally brought them together was just perfect. I still can't get over the perfection of that episode. Thoughts?

Has anyone read the book called XVI, (sixteen) by Julia Karr? It's another book about a dystopian society, where you loose any sort of innocence at age 16. I'm currently in the middle of it, and am feeling very mixed. First off, Karr sets the book in the future and has created a bunch of new things such as something called the "PAV," yet never explains what they are. Eventually the reader is able to get a sense of what these new things might be, but it still bothers me that she never explains her new world. Another issue I have and this is a **SPOILER**-does every teen book have to kill the mother?!?! It's something about so many kid/teen books that really really bothers me. Overall I think this book is interesting, but I'm not sure if I would recomend it. However, I haven't finished it yet, so I can't say for sure.
